Carl was a foster fail, his brother Felix was found all banged up and we healed him and then the two of them help me Foster kittens. They love kittens and warm up to them almost instantaneously showing absolutely no territorialism or hostility towards them.

    And to go one step further, the Girl I'm dating has a male orange cat named goose who was about 10 months at the time and I suggested she bring him over because he was bored and destructive at her apartment. She brought him to my house and they adopted him immediately like he was their long lost brother.

    Elendril333 Many adult male animals have a nurturing instinct towards very young-but-weaned cohorts. The young aren't a threat, and they get to be cool uncles/brothers. The adult gets to raise his lil buddy.
